Six more weeks of Winter
I dread the thought of six more weeks, but Spring is getting closer everyday, and Spring in Kentucky is one of my favorite seasons.
Despite the gray weather, I've been busier then most years so far, which is a good thing, keeping my mind off the weather. We had our monthly Lexjam yesterday, a great way to pass a winter's afternoon. We had several performers from around the region and a wide variety of styles. After 3 hours there, I was off to perform at Azur, my favorite venue in Lexington. The patrons at Azur are so appreciative of my music and I send all of you a big thank you.
We are now in the mixing mode for the new CD. I should hear some of the mixes in a week or two. If all goes well, the CD will be available mid March, in time for a full performance schedule in April.
I have a new page on my site, Mountain Star Guitars. I should have more to say next week. In the meantime, have a great week and I want to thank the many visitors from Canada who have visited the site recently. Thanks for tuning in.
Take Care, Grover
